As President of ECE Partners, Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu, PhD, MSW, BCC has seen these scenarios play out in a variety of settings including academia, healthcare systems big and small, start-up companies, nonprofit organizations, and grassroots coalitions. And this is where she thrives…
As an experienced researcher, evaluator and organizational coach, Rebecca engenders trust amidst chaos and see opportunities in the challenge. She brings a fresh perspective, a thoughtful curiosity, and a desire to explore complex systems and ideas in partnership with clients. Ultimately, Rebecca strives to co-create solutions that matter to her clients and their communities.
When she’s away from ECE, you’ll find Rebecca with family and friends, enjoying the love and warmth of her community. Rebecca’s home is always abuzz with the sound of her young children, and she is fortunate to be a part of a bicultural family that celebrates the gifts that diversity brings to this world.
