The ECE in ECE Partners LLC stands for Explore, Create and Evaluate. We work in partnership with you and your team to explore an issue or problem, create a roadmap to some kind of solution and bring an evaluative lens throughout the process.
At ECE Partners, LLC, our mission is to provide clarity and direction as clients navigate the complex road from ideas to impact. We partner with clients to provide facilitative leadership and coaching, capacity building and inspiration to create meaningful change in their organizations and communities. We bring passion and commitment to supporting clients to achieve their goals, offering an evaluative lens throughout the journey.
Taking complex ideas and partnering to create meaningful impacts in your organizations and communities is hard work! Especially when a plan addresses a critical issue, is of a personal nature or is time sensitive, it’s easy to get stuck in getting ideas off the ground. Sound familiar?
As President of ECE Partners, Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu, PhD, MSW, BCC has seen these scenarios play out in a variety of settings including academia, healthcare systems big and small, start-up companies, nonprofit organizations, and grassroots coalitions. And this is where she thrives…
As an experienced researcher, evaluator and organizational coach, Rebecca engenders trust amidst chaos and see opportunities in the challenge. She brings a fresh perspective, a thoughtful curiosity, and a desire to explore complex systems and ideas in partnership with clients. Ultimately, Rebecca strives to co-create solutions that matter to her clients and their communities.
When she’s away from ECE, you’ll find Rebecca with family and friends, enjoying the love and warmth of her community. Rebecca’s home is always abuzz with the sound of her young children, and she is fortunate to be a part of a bicultural family that celebrates the gifts that diversity brings to this world. A lover of beauty, people, and exploring, Rebecca enjoys every opportunity to travel and to embrace the human experience around the globe.
